Dr. Robert Mullins
Robert Mullins is the lead pastor of Crossroads Community Church in Elmore, Alabama. Prior to coming to Elmore in 2012, he spent more than 20 years in youth ministry around the southeast. He was the found director of Super Summer Alabama, a youth leadership camp at Samford University. He is the found and CEO of PassionTree.org, a network for Disciple-Making Pastors. He has extensive experience in camps, conferences, and other training and equipping events throughout the country.
He focuses his ministry on the mandates of Jesus Christ to “Love God, Love People, and Make Disciples!” He has a passion for living out these mandates and encouraging others to do the same. He believes the Lord has called him to lead and love, encourage and equip the body of Christ to do the ministry of the Gospel. He is an avid write and has just completed his first book, Write It Down: Unlocking Your Ability to Hear from God.
He holds a B.A. in Graphic Design from Mississippi College. He received a Master of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and also a Doctor of Ministry from the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
He and his wife of 25 years, Pam live in Millbrook, Alabama and they have two sons, Hudson, a senior at the University of Southern Mississippi and Nick, a sophomore at the University of North Georgia. He is an arts that loves to paint, play guitar and dream big. He also loves to deer hunt with his sons and go out on dates with his wife!
